LifeNX has gone the extra mile to ensure that all your data is safely tucked away in our systems. Our systems ensure that the storage, delivery time and format will all be done as per the designated system and processes. Irrespective of the amount of time the message is stored, the chances of the message being corrupted or deleted are negligible.
A digital asset is a term that represents a repository of information regarding your real-time assets. This could include your bank details, insurance, details, finances details or any other personal and private detail that you wish to share with your specific beneficiary. That could be images, photos, messages, videos, digital books, articles, any files contain t ext, spreadsheets, music files, blogs, account access information such as internet account (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Instagram, etc.) Email accounts, file storage, Online banking details, (Dropbox, Apple cloud, Google Drive, etc.) Smartphone access permission etc. Because these are all pivotal parts of a person’s legacy, it is essential to hand it over to a trusted person upon the death of the user. Life NX does just that. Your digital assets messages are delivered to a person who has been assigned and trusted by you, that too only post your death.
The receiver will need to be an app user and will be prompted to keep their location services on . When the receiver reaches the location, our servers will be triggered to send the message that has been left by the user for that specific location.
Upon the death of a user, once LifeNX confirms the event the material that has been stored in the system by the user will be triggered and will be received by the receivers based on the scheduled time and date. Will send the messages via email /and in the inbox of app if the receiver is an app user or in email in case the receiver is non-app user.
Yes, a limit has been drawn. As of now, receivers will receive messages up to 15 years post-death of the user.
To report to LifeNX, the event of the death of the user .
No, the message will be deleted from the servers. Kindly be mindful about deleting messages
If you forget your password, retrieving it is very simple. For your convenience, there is a ‘Forgot your password’ option available on the login page. This will help in your password recovery.
Only you as a user can access your information, and post-death, your designated receiver on receiving the messages which you wished for them to see. Besides this, we are critical about our privacy policy and will not compromise the same. Your data is safe with us.

As a User ,you can add people for whom you wish to leave a message .These individuals are termed as “My People”.
As a User you can add maximum 99 people in My People . For more than 99 people you will have to upgrade the data plan.
You can add people in” My People” even if they are not a LifeNX app User.
Yes .It is important as Non app User will receive your messages in their email id which is entered by you in our system.
They are the app Users responsible to report the event to the system.
We suggest to add two different Event messengers, if incase one of them forgets the responsibility the other can abide to it and report the date of the event to the LifeNX system.
It is the responsibility of the Event Messenger to report the event date, if incase they forget LifeNX is not responsible for the delivery of event messages.
1GB space is free,for additional messages you have to upgrade the data plan.
All the messages pending for approval by Event Messengers are saved here.
