By using the Site or Services in any manner, you as a "User" “(defined and described below), acknowledge that you have read all of these Terms and agree to be bound by them, including LifeNX's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
By using the Site and/or Services you as a “User” must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to accept these Terms,
LifeNX is a digital application based service wherein it enables a ‘User’ to create personalized messages during the user’s lifetime for their intended receiver/’s hereinafter known as ‘My People’.
After a particular user’s death is confirmed to LifeNX as per the set system these messages will be sent to the respective ‘My People’ as per the schedule set by Users.
In order to access this Service, the user must first register an account on the LifeNX App by providing your email address/mobile number and creating a password. The user/’s are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the set password, and LifeNX is not responsible for any unauthorized usage or misuse of the user’s account or personal information which is entered in the LifeNX App.
The user hereby agrees not to operate the account, or password of another LifeNX User at any time, or to disclose your password to any third party. If the user suspects any unauthorized usage of his/her account, or access to a password or any sensitive personal information, the user agrees to bring the same to the notice of LifeNX, failing which LifeNX waives its responsibility to attempt a retrieval of the account or secure any information/messages stored therein.
You- the user are solely responsible for any and all use of your account.
A registered LifeNX App ‘User’ can assign the role /title of ‘LifeNX Informer’ to any specific ‘My People’ or create new ‘LifeNX Informer’ profile from the module My Responsibility on the interface of the LifeNX App. The ‘User’ must assign compulsorily two ‘LifeNX Informers’ for reliability and the accuracy of reporting the demise of the ‘User’ to the system.
The person/’s assigned as ‘LifeNX Informers’ can be a relative/blood relation and of the same age or younger to that of the ‘User’ and this is a compulsory pre-requisite before depositing/creating more than Five (5) messages for their ‘My People’, the LifeNX system will disable the ‘My Messages’ for the User to create any messages.
The ‘user’ may at anytime and due to any circumstances change or replace the ‘LifeNX Informer’s.
The ‘User’ must assign an ‘Event messenger’ for the Event messages. The ‘Event messenger’ must necessarily be a user of the LifeNX App. At least one ‘event messenger’ has to be assigned by the ‘user’ for each event message. LifeNX hereby declares, that it shall not be held responsible for the failure of the designated ‘event messenger’ to report an event to the LifeNX systems according to the timelines set by the ‘user’, and/or the subsequent loss or deletion of such messages.
The LifeNX App enables the ‘user’ to secure their assets and personal information on a secure digital platform. In order to access this module, the ‘User’ has to create/enter an M- PIN. The module has a ‘built-in’ security feature programmed in such a manner, that the Digital asset screen if left inactive for more than 2 minutes, auto locks the screen and re- directs the ‘user’ to the home screen of the app. It is the whole and sole responsibility of the ‘user’ to maintain the confidentiality of his/her M-PIN, and LifeNX waives any and all liability which may arise from unauthorized access to or usage of the M-PIN or the digital asset module.
2.4.1 In order to report the demise of LifeNX ‘user’ an intimation regarding the said ‘user's’ passing must be sent to LifeNX. The following category of person’s can report demise:
2.4.2 Once the demise of a ‘user’ has been reported to the system, LifeNX shall follow its set ‘confirmation processes, in order to verify that such notification has not been sent erroneously. After the reporting of demise, if no such error has been raised, the report will be presumed to be correct and the said ‘user’ deceased.
2.4.3 It is hereby declared that, LifeNX holds no responsibility and/or liability, directly and/or indirectly, regarding the truthfulness or accuracy of the notice(s) of death reported to it from any person(s) in accordance with the foregoing provisions and/or any subsequent consequences of such notice(s). LifeNX is not responsible for the wrongful reporting of a death received by the system. In the event of a breach/malicious or fake reporting of demise brought to our notice, LifeNX hereby reserves the right to take legal action and may further bar such users from subscribing to any or all services offered by LifeNX.
2.4.4 LifeNX reserves the right, to ask for the proof of death of a ‘user’ reported to be deceased, and subject to applicable laws may require the digital submission/transmission of the record of death. eg: A valid certificate of death issued by governmental authorities or a medical practitioner.
a) Upon the reporting of death and the following ‘confirmation process’ LifeNX shall provide a notice to the ‘User's’ ‘My People’ via the user’s designated email(s)/ notifications as the case may be, regarding the messages left for them by the deceased ‘user’. The ‘My People’ will receive these message as per the schedule set by the ‘user’. Upon receipt of any notifications via emails to ‘My People’ or any other member connected to the LifeNX system they must have no objections with the same. Further, Event Based messages if not reported to LifeNX/ and also other messages in the system will be delivered to the ‘My People’ automatically after the end of the 15 years period from the date of death report except for user/s subscribing some premium plan.
The messages will be sent to the ‘My People’ in the email ID that has been submitted by the ‘User’ at the time of creation of ‘My People’ (in case any of the receiver’s is not a registered user). If the ‘My People’ are registered user’s then they are entitled to receive such notification/messages in the Inbox of the app and in their email id.
The following category of messages is supported by LifeNX:
b) Date and Festival messages- will be sent to the ‘My People’ as per the set date and time by the User.
c) Event Messages- will be received to the ‘My People’ only when the ‘Event Messenger’ submits to the LifeNX system the date of that specific event which the ‘user’ has created for their ‘My People’.
d) Location Messages- To receive these types of messages saved by the ‘user’:
e) Pet Messages : These type of audio/video type of messages will be sent to the ‘My People’ (recipient ) in their email ID only selected by the ‘User’ beforehand to show it to the pet on the 30 th day from the date of the ‘confirmed report of death’ of the ‘user’.
f) Digital Asset Messages: The ‘User’ has to create an M-PIN to access this module to save important messages and the ‘My People’ (receivers) will receive these messages only on their registered email ID’s on 30 th day from the date of the ‘confirmed report of death’ of the ‘user’.
LifeNX agrees to provide ‘My People’ periodic notifications and reminders that there are messages left for them by the ‘user’ or to the Event Messengers, only and only if the User's account contains their updated e-mail addresses and mobile numbers . Therefore, it is imperative that all e-mail addresses and mobile numbers must be kept updated by the ‘User’ themselves during his/her lifetime failing which LifeNX cannot guarantee the transfer of any such messages to the intended recipients.
The LifeNX app will allow a ‘user’ at present to add a maximum number of 99 recipients to the ‘My people’ only. LifeNX reserves the right to change/alter the minimum/maximum number of recipients which may be added in the basic package.
It is hereby declared by LifeNX Any Messages left by a ‘User’ to his/her ‘My People’ may be received to and be viewed only by the applicable recipient(s) via LifeNX's System. For the avoidance of doubt, it is subject to a respective recipient’s sole discretion whether or not to open and view the messages left for him/her. LifeNX cannot and does not in any way guarantee that the intended recipient will actually open his/her messages. LifeNX is not in any way liable or responsible for any loss, death, disturbance, trauma physical or mental, suicidal tendencies, insanity- permanent or temporary, delusions, nervous breakdown and imbalance of the mind which may arise from the receipt of any messages to persons for whom it has been intended nor in any legal way under any court of law for people committing or attempting suicide post uploading their messages on LifeNX.
The app is not applicable for usage for person/s below 18 years ,if in case they wilfully / act fully /intentionally/or by negligence by entering wrong date of birth and becomes user’s ,then their parents or their guardians will be held responsible. LifeNX shall in no way be responsible for such wrong misconduct and their consequences and hence not challengeable by any one in any court of law.
If in case eligible LifeNX app “User” adds person/s below 18 years of age in “My People “wilfully / act fully /intentionally/negligence by entering wrong date of birth.” And continues to add messages for them, and if these messages in User presence/demise are received by such person/s below 18 years of age, then “User “shall be responsible for such misconduct and its consequences. These added “My People” or their representatives cannot raise any complaints nor can file case in any court of law. LifeNX shall in no way be responsible for such an act and hence not challengeable by any one in any court of law.
Digital Asset feature is meant for user’s declaring their digital assets only as better defined under various Information Technology act, more so related with their various password, links .etc. LifeNX clearly disallows user’s mentioning details of their tangible assets such as land, jewellery, other property details, or tangible assets declared as illegal or undisclosed assets under the various provisions of applicable laws within the country. LifeNX clearly declares neither user’s nor the receiver’s shall create or understand to represent such messages as an act of creating WILL or after death declaration of ownership of their various assets to their choice of recipients as LifeNX clearly declares any person alive or death or their nominees any legal authorities or the general public (if any) raising any claims of whatsoever nature based on such messages received then all such claims shall stand null and void and not challengeable in any court of law nor LifeNX shall not be held responsible for such messages. LifeNX clearly states on the module page of Digital Asset feature disclaimer clause has been encrypt which reads as below:
LifeNX enables user’s a message delivery time period of 15 yrs , from the date of death confirmation by LifeNX informers, post which all messages are automatically delivered by our system , though premium subscribers have an enhance digital life span which is currently 25 yrs post which same system shall be applicable.
It is sole responsibility of the User to upload a file (can be audio, video, photos, encrypted text if any) free from all bugs and viruses, If at all any technical error relating to the virus and corruption of the files uploaded LifeNX is not responsible for non delivery of such upload formats in such messages.
LifeNX's Services allow you to leave behind and share messages with your ‘My People’. It is the sole responsibility of you the ‘user’ as to what you upload to the Site and/or its allied services and choose to share with them. You, the ‘user’ is solely responsible for any messages /information/digital Assets and/or personal Details uploaded by you in the LifeNX app for the intended recipients.
You hereby represent and warrant that you shall not copy, upload, download or share content knowingly or un-knowingly unless you have the right to do so including but not limited to information regarding your ‘My People’ and other sensitive or personal information.
Furthermore, when you upload a Digital Asset to the System you the ‘user’ hereby represent that such Digital Asset will not cause any infringement of any rights of other third parties, including without limitation, any intellectual property and privacy rights. In addition, for any content you upload to the system, you represent and warrant that such content is free of any copyrights, moral rights, trademarks or other intellectual property infringements of any third party; and that you have the consent, release, and/or permission of each identifiable person depicted in your Personal Details and Digital Assets to upload, transmit, publish, sub-license, and/or disseminate their name, information and/or likeness through your Personal Details and Digital Assets.
Subject to LifeNX’s sole discretion, LifeNX may, but is not obligated to, at any time without prior notice review your conduct while using these services and the content of any messages which have originated from you, and may block, delete, terminate access to, or remove any such messages or User's account that LifeNX, in its absolute and sole discretion, considers to be non-compliant with any of the requirements of these Terms and/or the applicable law.
LifeNX shall not be responsible in any way for any messages that ‘Users’ choose to post and share via the LifeNX's System.
LifeNX expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with any messages and reserves the right to purge messages from its databases at any time due to non-compliance with these Terms. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for backing up any messages uploaded to the System by you or for you.
The option for usage of the Hindi language is only available as a feature in the LifeNX app wireframe, all the notifications and alerts otherwise received will always be in the English language.
4.1. With the exception of Digital Assets, Personal Details and information found on third party websites, all content of the Site and System, including but not limited to the text and images thereof and their arrangement, are owned, controlled, duly attained or licensed by or to LifeNX and are protected under applicable copyrights and other proprietary laws, including but not limited to intellectual property laws.
4.2 LifeNX retains by ownership, control or license all title and interest in the intellectual property rights contained in any LifeNX materials and software on the Site and System, including but not limited to copyright, database rights, trade dress, service marks, website graphic design, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, text, documents, descriptions, products, interactive features, videos, user submissions, button icons, trademarks, logos, trade or business names, goodwill associated with any of the foregoing, sounds, artwork, computer code, design, structure, selection, coordination, organization, arrangement and other matters related to the System, and other similar rights or contents or obligations whether registered or not in any jurisdiction in the world.
4.3. The copying, reproduction, use, modification or publication by you of any such materials or any part of the System, Site and/or Services in any form or by any means is strictly prohibited. By accepting these Terms, you hereby undertake not to do so and/or attempt to do so and/or assist anyone else in doing so. In case you wish to copy, print, save or download any content and/or information solely for your personal use, you must retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained therein.
4.4. You agree not to modify, rent, lease, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on LifeNX’s Services, in any manner, and you shall not exploit LifeNX’s services in any unauthorized way.
4.5. All other trademarks not owned by LifeNX or its subsidiaries that appear on the Site or Services are the property of their respective owners.
As a registered user of the Service, you must establish an Account. Don’t reveal your Account information to anyone else. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account and for all activities that occur on or through your Account, and you agree to immediately notify LifeNX of any security breach of your Account. You further acknowledge and agree that the Service is designed and intended for personal use on an individual basis and you should not share your Account and/or password details with another individual. Provided we have exercised reasonable skill and due care, LifeNX shall not be responsible for any losses arising out of the unauthorized use of your Account resulting from you not following these rules.
In order to use the Service, you must enter your LifeNX ID and password to authenticate your Account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when you register with, and as you use, the Service (“Service Registration Data”), and you agree to update your Service Registration Data to keep it accurate and complete. Failure to provide accurate, current and complete Service Registration Data may result in the suspension and/or termination of your Account. You agree that LifeNX may store and use the Service Registration Data you provide for use in maintaining and billing fees to your Account.
You agree to use the Service only for purposes permitted by this Agreement, and only to the extent permitted by any applicable law, regulation, or generally accepted practice in the applicable jurisdiction. Your Account is allocated 1GB of storage capacity as described in the LifeNX feature pages. Additional storage is available for purchase on a subscription basis. If your use of the Service or other behaviour intentionally or unintentionally threatens LifeNX’s ability to provide the Service or other systems, LifeNX shall be entitled to take all reasonable steps to protect the Service and LifeNX’s systems, which may include suspension of your access to the Service. Repeated violations of the limitations may result in termination of your Account.
Offers and pricing for subscriptions (also referred to at times as memberships), the subscription services, may change over time and by location without notice (except as may be required by applicable law). Unless otherwise indicated, any price changes are effective as of the beginning of the next subscription period. If you do not agree to a subscription change, you may cancel your subscription. The pricing for subscriptions or memberships may include GST and/or other taxes. We make no guarantee as to the availability of specific Subscription Services available in any subscription as it may differ in future and may be change according to uncontrollable situation arises or faced by company. Additional terms applicable to a subscription (such as the applicable cancellation and refund policy) will be indicated on the informational pages for that subscription on the primary Service website for your location.
Some of the subscription services that we offer today or may be in future from third parties. Third parties that provide subscription services may change or discontinue the features of their services or the content in their services. LifeNX is not responsible for the content contained in any third-party subscription service or the features of these services.
By upgrading your storage on your device or computer, LifeNX will automatically charge on a recurring basis the storage fee for the storage plan you choose, including any applicable taxes, to the payment method associated with your LifeNX ID. For details about storage plans and pricing, please visit https://www.LifeNX.com. LifeNX may also obtain preapproval for an amount up to the amount of the transaction and contact you periodically by email to the email address associated with your LifeNX ID for billing reminders and other storage account-related communications.
You can change your subscription by upgrading or downgrading your storage under the LifeNX Application section of Settings on your device.
The applicable storage fee for an upgraded storage plan will take effect immediately; downgrades to your storage plan will take effect on the next annual or monthly billing date. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TIMELY PAYMENT OF ALL FEES AND FOR PROVIDING LifeNX WITH VALID CREDIT CARD OR PAYMENT ACCOUNT DETAILS FOR PAYMENT OF ALL FEES. If LifeNX is unable to successfully charge your credit card or payment account for fees due, LifeNX reserves the right to revoke or restrict access to your stored Content, delete your stored Content, or terminate your Account. If you want to designate a different credit card or payment account or if there is a change in your credit card or payment account status, you must change your information online in the Account Information section of LifeNX; this may temporarily disrupt your access to the Services while LifeNX verifies your new payment information. We may contact you via email regarding your account, for reasons including, without limitation, reaching or exceeding your storage limit.
For any charges made by LifeNX to you, LifeNX may use an affiliated company to perform activities of collection and remittances to charge any amounts owed by you in connection with your LifeNX account. In addition, your total price will include the price of the upgrade plus any applicable credit card fees. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to you except for any applicable withholding taxes which shall be collected by LifeNX affiliated company. You must provide all account information required by LifeNX to enable such transactions. You acknowledge and agree that if you do not provide all required account information, LifeNX shall have the right to terminate your account.
If you choose to cancel your subscription following its initial purchase or, if you are on an annual payment plan, following the commencement of any renewal term, you may do so by informing LifeNX with a clear statement before further renewal. You do not need to provide a reason for cancellation. To meet the cancellation deadline, you must send your communication of cancellation before the 15-day period has expired.
We will reduce your storage back to 1 GB and if you have used more than 1 GB of storage during this period, you will not get any backups of your uses and use certain features will not work for your account
Unless otherwise required by law, you agree that your Account is non-transferable and that any rights to your LifeNX ID or Content within your Account terminate upon your death. Upon receipt of a copy of a death certificate your Account may be terminated and all Content within your Account will be erased once they are delivered as per your scheduled structure in LifeNX Application. Contact LifeNX Support for further assistance.
You agree that you will not reproduce, copy, duplicate, sell, resell, rent or trade the Service (or any part thereof) for any purpose.
LifeNX reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or any part of the Service, at any time and without notice (except as required by applicable law), and LifeNX will not be liable to you should it exercise such rights, even if your ability to use Digital Content is impacted by the change.
LifeNX Paid Subscriptions are prepaid and are non-refundable. LifeNX DOES NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR ANY PARTIAL MONTHS OR YEARS. You may cancel your Paid Subscription at anytime, and cancellation will be effective immediately. If you wish to cancel your Paid Subscription you may do so via your "Settings" page. Please note that you will not be issued a refund for the most recently (or any previously) charged monthly fees.
6.1 LifeNX may terminate or suspend any and all services and/or your LifeNX account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatever, including without limitation if you breach the terms. Upon termination of your account, your right to use the services will immediately cease. You may stop using the service at any time by closing your account, or ceasing to use the service. In such event, you will not be entitled to any refund of any fees that you have paid prior to you ceasing to use the service.
6.2 LifeNX reserves the right in its sole discretion to cease or suspend providing all or any part of the services immediately without any notice to you, if: (a) you breach, or threaten or intent to breach, these Terms; (b) LifeNX is required to do so under any applicable law, rule or regulation, including without limitation (c) the services relies on data, services or another business relationship between LifeNX and third party service provider, and such relationship terminates or changes in such a way that effects LifeNX’s ability to continue providing the services; (d) continuing to provide the service could create a substantial economic burden on LifeNX as determined by LifeNX in its sole discretion; or (e) continuing to provide the services could create a security risk or material technical burden as determined by LifeNX in its sole discretion.
It is your responsibility to remove all contain from your account prior to termination. Upon termination of your account LifeNX will automatically remove all content posted to your account.
7.1 You agree not use the Services in any manner to harm, threaten, harass abuse, stalk, defame or otherwise infringe or violate the rights of any third party or person and/or organization, including LifeNX, nor to build similar services or websites or applications.
7.2 You may not: (i) damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Services; (ii) resell or redistribute the Services or any part thereof; (iii) frame or utilize, directly or indirectly, any framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of LifeNX and/or its affiliates; and (iv) use any meta tags or any other hidden text utilizing LifeNX’s trademarks or name.
7.3 In addition, under any circumstance you shall not: (i) use the Services in any manner or for any purpose other than as expressly permitted by these Terms; (ii) engage in any unlawful or fraudulent activity or perpetrate a hoax or engage in phishing schemes or forgery or other similar falsification or manipulation of data; (iii) send unsolicited or unauthorized junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes or any other form of duplicative or unsolicited messages, whether commercial or otherwise; (iv) store or transmit inappropriate content, such as content containing unlawful, defamatory, threatening, pornographic, abusive, libellous or otherwise objectionable material of any kind or nature; (v) store or transmit any content that contains or is used to initiate a denial of service attack, software viruses or other harmful or deleterious computer code, files or programs such as Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, or spyware. (vi) modify, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, publish, create derivative works, copy, distribute, disseminate, transmit, broadcast, display, license, sell, use any of this Site’s content or frame this Site within any other site, nor use meta-tag searches or perform any activity that would damage the operation of the Site or otherwise exploit for any purposes whatsoever the Site’s content, information and source-code, including attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of the license, including any updates or any part thereof; (vii) collect content or information from the Site, or otherwise access the Site, by using any automated means, including without limitation, “spiders”, “offline readers”, "robots", and "scrapers"; (viii) disrupt the servers or networks connected to the Site; (ix) disable, circumvent, directly or indirectly, or otherwise interfere with security related features and contents of the Site or features and contents that prevent or restrict use or copying of any content or that enforce limitations on use of the Site; (x) harvest or collect any personal identifiable information from the Site; and (xi) use the Site, directly or indirectly, for any commercial purposes or commercial solicitation purposes.
The System and Services are provided "as is", "as available," and "with all faults," and are used only at the User's sole risk, to the fullest extent permissible by law. LifeNX disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, of any kind, regarding the System and/or Services (including without limitation its software, functionality, or of any content contained therewith), as to title, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, accessibility, compatibility, suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or lack of viruses.
You agree that any information you provide to the Site and/or Application may be lost or destroyed, and that LifeNX is not responsible for the loss of such information.
LifeNX cannot ensure that the information and Services are free of bugs and/or errors and/or problems and/or other limitations.
LifeNX further disclaims any and all liability for the acts, omissions and conduct of any third parties in connection with or related to your and/or your My People and/or your LifeNX Informer /Event Messenger use of the System and/or the Services. You expressly agree that any use or access of this Site is at your sole risk and responsibility.
Neither LifeNX, nor any of its affiliates, officers, executives, directors, employees, licensors, agents, representatives, and shareholders warrant and/or guarantee that the content, information, materials, Services, or products of the site is accurate, current, complete and/or that access to the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free or free of bugs, security breaches, virus attacks, and like nature or that the Site and its servers are free from harmful components.
Except as expressly stated in LifeNX’s privacy policy, LifeNX does not make or provide any representations, warranties or conditions of any kind, express or implied, as to the security of any information you may provide or activities you engage in during the course of your use and/or access of the Site and Services.
You assume total responsibility for your (and/or your LifeNX Informers /Event Messagers' and/or My People') use of the System and the Services and any linked sites. For avoidance of doubt, it is hereby clarified that you are fully responsible for all messages and Personal Data you uploaded and the LifeNX assumes no responsibility for such, which is fully disclaimed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will LifeNX or any of its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, executives, directors, employees, licensors, agents, representatives, and shareholders be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive, exemplary or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or System or any other claim related in any way to the Services (including any and all actions or inactions taken by a respective LifeNX Informer /Event Messenger services), nor to any emotional or physical distress, sorrow, grief, loss of use, data, goodwill, reputation, opportunity, personal injury, social harm, business, or profits, regardless of the legal or equitable theory upon which the claim is based, even if advised or warned of the possibility thereof in advance.
LifeNX’s entire liability and your first and exclusive remedy are to discontinue your use of the Site and Services. Notwithstanding the above. LifeNX's aggregated liability for any actual damages and all claims relating to the Services or arising from or related to the Site, whether in contract or tort or otherwise, shall be limited to the aggregate amount actually paid by you to LifeNX in the past 12 months immediately preceding the bringing of the claim against LifeNX. You further consent and agree that any claim or cause of action which you may have with respect to LifeNX and/or its affiliates, officers, executives, employees, agents, and shareholders must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. Because some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability stated above, in such states or jurisdictions, LifeNX’s liability shall be limited to the extent permitted by law.

Any claim or dispute between you and LifeNX that arises in whole or in part from the Site and/or the Services shall be decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Mumbai
All disputes will be governed by the Law of India.
12.1 Entire Agreement. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and LifeNX with respect to the Services, and supersede and replace any other prior or contemporaneous agreements.
12.2 Waiver, Severability & Assignment. LifeNX's failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of its right to do so later. If a provision of these Terms or the Privacy Policy is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these Terms or the Privacy Policy will remain in full effect and the enforceable term will be substituted reflecting our intent as closely as possible.
